wowzers, what a stay!
bright restaurantpretty gardencomfy bed
breakfast had so many options. the restaurant and bar area were super bright. I loved the garden it was so pretty. the staff was very kind, they was always ready to help me. I couldn't believe how clean my room was. the bed was so comfy. there was loads places near for eats and drinks. the windows kept my room super quiet. I could just walk to the underground station, it was right around the corner.
the size of the room could be a bit larger because I didn't even had a place where to put my suitcase properly.

the staff was really attentive at the bar. they was quick to offer drinks and snacks. the bartenders remembered my name. I liked this, it gave a personal touch.

my room had separate toilet and bathroom, that's a good idea. I found free toiletries and tea and coffee stuff. I was close to all the tourist spots. I didn't use the hotel bar and restaurant but they look good.

The location proved excellent, being close to the Holborn tube station. I found the twin room spacious. There was adequate space between the beds. Breakfast was a delight, setting me up well. ALL the staff were helpful. Breakfast times were always a joy.

The front desk offered a charger compatible with US plugs for travelers from the USA. When i needed extra towels, hotel staff brought them in merely two minutes. this service was prompt and appreciated.

the location was perfect for exploring! i could easily walk to many attractions. the tube station was so close! the staff was also friendly and helpful, i always felt welcomed.
The lift was a little slow sometimes. It wasn't a huge deal, but something i noticed.

i especially appreciated the efficient check-in process and the helpfulness of alexandra at reception. she promptly flagged down taxis when needed i found her assistance invaluable. the room service was also really good my room remained clean throughout my stay.
the noise from a machine near my window was bothersome it seemed like a generator. the windows did not close properly i found this disappointing.

the location is excellent as it is near many metros and bus routes. i found the area to be safe and well-lit even late at night. covent garden is also within walking distance of the hotel.
